However, in early 2025, the allure of Bukit Nanggi began to rise once again—thanks to the influence of travel influencers and content creators who helped revive its charm.

The total trekking distance is approximately 4–5 kilometers, typically requiring 3 to 4 hours to complete, depending on pace and physical condition.

Both terms are commonly used and acceptable, especially considering the level of challenge the trekking route presents.

Bukit Nanggi Entrance Fee and Parking Costs
To enter the Bukit Nanggi area, visitors are required to pay an entrance fee of approximately IDR 10,000–20,000 per person. If you bring a private vehicle, parking fees range from IDR 5,000–10,000 depending on the vehicle type. For a local guide, an additional fee of IDR 150,000 per group applies.

- Bring sufficient drinking water, as there are no water sources along the trail.
