This supermarket may not be widely known or overly large, but it’s the author’s favorite place to shop. It’s located right in front of the former Selaparang Airport in Mataram City. Specifically, at Jl. Adi Sucipto No.1, Rembiga, Kec. Ampenan, Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara 83511.
One advantage is that the prices here are much cheaper compared to other stores, and Mario is generally not too crowded. So, you don’t need to wait in long queues to get wholesale-priced items.
The second advantage is that at Mario, you don’t have to pay for parking. This allows you to move around freely without worrying about change for parking fees.
Unfortunately, furniture items sold in this supermarket are still relatively expensive. However, when it comes to snacks, kitchen spices, and other wholesale items, it’s a good choice!
MGM
MGM is one of the older, larger supermarkets in Mataram City. Over time, many supermarkets have opened, but MGM still stands and offers competitive prices.

This supermarket also has a rest area. There’s a prayer room and a cafeteria for resting. They offer free parking, and you can exchange points for some cool items as well!
Ruby
This is the most favorite place for monthly shopping for mothers. The prices are very wholesale, and many other stores purchase their items here.
The supermarket is large, and almost everything is sold here, except for your self-esteem. Because of how affordable it is, many people often shop there, leading to long queues at the cashier.
There are two floors, the first floor has all household needs, from food, cleaning, to furniture. The second floor is for clothing, ranging from baby to adult clothing. In terms of clothing prices, according to the author, it is still relatively expensive.
