This Rinjani trekking package includes pick-up on the first day of your arrival on Lombok or pick-up from your hotel if you are already on Lombok. The Rinjani trek will commence on the second day through the Sembalun route and finish via the Torean route.
The Rinjani trekking itinerary spans over 3 days and 2 nights, starting via Sembalun and finishing via Torean. An additional day is allocated for pick-up from the airport to the Sembalun village.
We have crafted this Rinjani itinerary to the best of our abilities for your satisfaction. However, if you desire any changes during the trek, please consult with our guide.
Please make sure to choose an early morning flight, as the airport pick-up as a meeting point is available only until 12:00 WITA (local time). The journey to Sembalun village takes a maximum of 3 hours. Afterward, you can check in to your accommodation. Feel free to rest or enjoy the surrounding views.
We will start the trek as early as possible to have ample time to enjoy the beautiful scenery during the Rinjani trek.
It takes about 2 hours to reach post 1 Rinjani. There, we will take a short break while enjoying the surrounding views before continuing our trek to post 2.
Around midday, at approximately 12:00 to 13:00 local time, we will arrive at post 3. Please stretch and wait for our guide and porters to prepare lunch and hot beverages.
From post 3, it's time to proceed to Pelawangan Sembalun (Rinjani Ridge), which will take around 3 hours.
At Pelawangan Sembalun, our porters and guides will set up tents and prepare dinner. From this vantage point, you can witness the beauty of Segara Anak Lake and the child of Mount Rinjani from a great height.
As the night falls, we recommend getting some rest for the more challenging trek to the Rinjani summit.
At around 1 AM, our guide will wake you up to start the ascent to Rinjani's summit at 3,726 meters above sea level.
By around 5 or 6 AM, you should reach the summit, where you will be greeted by a magnificent golden sunrise.
After descending back to Pelawangan Sembalun, you can refuel with breakfast before starting the journey back to Sembalun village.
Upon reaching the Sembalun village, our team will be ready to pick you up and take you to the hotel or the airport, whichever you prefer.
Down payment of 50% is required, with the full payment to be made on the first day.
The down payment will be fully refunded (100%) in the event of force majeure, such as a volcanic eruption that leads to the cancellation of the trek.
A 25% refund is available for cancellations made at least 30 days before the trek’s scheduled date.
You have the option to find a replacement participant if it’s not feasible for you to undertake the trek.”
