You may begin the journey either from Lombok International Airport or directly from your hotel.

- Final payment is to be made on the first day (upon arrival) in cash.
- A 10% fee of the total cost will be charged for unilateral cancellations.
- A 100% refund will be provided if the tour is canceled due to force majeure.
- A booked tour can be transferred to another person.
- For 1-5 participants, a vehicle such as a Toyota Calya or Avanza will be provided, subject to availability.
- For 6 participants, a Toyota Innova will be provided.
- For 7 participants, a vehicle such as an Elf or Toyota Hiace will be provided, subject to availability.
- Free of charge for children under 3 years old.
